"Just didn’t feel clear enough to me"
I bought this because I really liked the idea that it was helping dogs, and that got me at first. But after ordering, I was left feeling kind of unsure about what impact my purchase actually had. The charity details felt a bit vague, and even though maybe they really are doing good things, I just didn’t get that clear, solid feeling from it. It rubbed me the wrong way enough that I probably wouldn’t buy again.

"Felt overpriced and kind of ignored"
I really wanted to like iHeartDogs.com, but my order just didn’t feel worth what I paid. The items looked a lot nicer online than they did in person, and once shipping was added, the total felt way too high. I don’t mind spending more on dog stuff if the quality is there, but this missed the mark for me. I also felt a bit ignored as a customer, like my concerns didn’t really matter. Probably won’t order from them again.

"Wish I’d checked the ingredients first"
I bought this for my dog, but once I actually looked closer at the ingredient list, I didn’t feel great about feeding it to him. Some of it just seemed a little too processed and not super clear, lol. I’m sure it might be fine for other dogs, but I ended up tossing mine. Definitely wish I had checked before ordering

I ordered from iheartdogs one time, and ever since then my inbox has been flooded with their emails. I tried unsubscribing, but they still keep showing up like it’s somehow on me to keep dealing with it. It’s frustrating, and it makes me not want to shop there again...

I bought a toy and some treats, but my dog gave them one quick sniff and then just walked away, lol. Definitely wasn’t a win for us, unfortunately.

"Charges weren’t very clear"
I placed my order thinking I knew what I was paying, but the billing ended up being confusing. Some extra charges popped up and I had to go digging around just to figure out what they were for. It felt a little sneaky. Customer service didnt really clear it up much either. I do like the idea of helping dogs, but the checkout really needs to be more upfront.

"Fell apart way too fast..."
I was disappointed with this toy... it started falling apart after just one day. The stitching was already loose, and the fabric felt kind of cheap. I definitely wouldn’t order it again.

"Canceling My Subscription Was a Hassle"
I got annoyed trying to manage my subscription. Finding where to cancel it wasn’t obvious at all, and when I reached out for help, support took way too long to get back to me. I don’t mind doing things myself, but I shouldn’t have to dig around forever just to cancel. The whole process felt confusing and frustrating

"Never Heard Back"
I reached out and waited for a response, but they never got back to me. After a while, I just gave up. To me, it felt like they either weren’t interested or didn’t have their communication handled very well, which was disappointing

"Sizing runs really small"
I ordered this for my dog and the sizing was way off. It ended up being way too small, so I’d definitely suggest checking the measurements carefully and probably sizing up. Common sense would say dog sizes vary a lot, but this one still felt smaller than expected.

"Discount Code Didn’t Work"
I tried using a discount code at checkout, but it kept saying it was invalid even though it was still clearly posted on the site. I refreshed the page, copied it again, and got the same message. it felt a little unfair to advertise a code that customers can’t actually use. I got frustrated and ended up not placing the order

I tried shopping on iheartdogs.com because I was interested in a few things, but the whole site felt really slow and cluttered, there were popups getting in the way, pages were taking forever to load, and after clicking around for a bit I just got frustrated and gave up before I even made it to checkout.

I’m still waiting and haven’t gotten any update at all. The wording made it sound like things would move along quickly, but that’s been misleading so far. Really frustrating not knowing what’s going on.

"I waited longer than expected for this..."
I waited longer than expected for this package, so it was frustrating to finally get it and see the box all crushed and half open. Thankfully the items inside were mostly okay, but the way it showed up just felt really careless. Definitely not happy with the shipping experience.

I ordered this as a birthday gift, but the way it showed up was disappointing. It was just in plain packaging with no nice presentation at all, and the items looked like they were thrown in there. I ended up having to take everything out and rewrap it myself, which felt unnecessary for something sold as a gift. I expected it to look at least somewhat presentable, but it really didn’t

"Didn’t notice much of a difference"
I got these supplements for my older dog because I was really hoping they’d help with his joints, but after going through the whole container, I just didn’t see any real improvement.
Maybe they work better for some dogs, but for us it was disappointing and felt like money wasted. Shipping was totally fine, but the product itself didn’t live up to what I expected.
